When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect the details you provide in the form: your name, email address, phone number, budget range, the residence you are asking about, and the message you write.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we also hold the contact details and conversation history from that channel.

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to match you with residences that fit your requirements. That includes replying to your questions, arranging viewings, sharing brochures and price lists you request, and following up on an enquiry you have made.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing lists, and we do not sell personal information.

Your information is not shared with third parties, except where it is needed to facilitate a property transaction you have asked us to pursue — for example, introducing you to the developer or seller of a residence you wish to buy, or to the legal and financial professionals involved in completing that transaction.

We never share your details for third-party marketing.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can continue a conversation you return to. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Every enquiry you submit receives a reference number, which helps us locate your record quickly.

In regions where consent is required, you can accept or reject Google and Meta advertising measurement when the privacy choice appears. Your decision, the time it was made and the notice version are stored in your browser. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer; the new choice applies immediately.

We use the Google tag and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which advertisements lead to a successfully submitted property enquiry, and to count when a visitor chooses to start a WhatsApp conversation with us. This helps us measure advertising and optimise campaigns. Google receives the advertising measurement signal; we do not send the name, email address, phone number, budget or message from your enquiry form, and no WhatsApp message content, as part of those events.

We also use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising measurement. When you submit an enquiry, our server reports that an enquiry was received and, later, whether our advisors were able to progress it. So that Meta can match the enquiry to the advertisement you clicked, your email address and phone number are first converted into an irreversible code (a one-way SHA-256 hash) before they are sent; Meta never receives your email address, phone number, budget or message in readable form. Where consent is required, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied unless you accept, and the Meta measurement tool is set to revoked. If you reject, limited cookieless measurement signals may still be sent under Google's Consent Mode, but advertising cookies and personalisation remain disabled.
