About

A private brokerage for prime Lagos property

AOP Homes represents a carefully selected portfolio of luxury residences across Ikoyi, Banana Island, Victoria Island, Eko Atlantic, Lekki Phase 1. We work with a limited number of developers and a limited number of buyers, which lets us stay close to every residence we present.

A short list, not a search portal

We represent a small number of residences at a time. Every listing on this site is one we can speak to in detail — its developer, its stage of construction and what is genuinely available.

Verified information only

Prices, payment plans and construction updates are published as the developer issues them. Where we do not have verified information, we say so rather than estimate.

Discretion by default

Enquiries are handled privately. Some availability is never published, and is shared directly with buyers we are already working with.

Guidance through the whole purchase

From first viewing to title review, payment schedule and handover, you deal with the same team throughout.

Leadership

David Omoniyi, Sales Director at AOP Homes

David Omoniyi

Sales Director

David leads sales at AOP Homes, guiding buyers and investors from first conversation to handover. He works closely with each developer we represent, so the prices, payment plans and availability he shares are current and confirmed.

Many of his clients buy from abroad. David arranges private inspections, walks them through title documents and payment milestones, and keeps them updated until the keys are in hand.
